Housing:
- Habitación Doble: 55€ Low season / 68€ High season
- Double room with supplementary bed: 55€+15€=70€ Low season / 68€+15€=83€ High season
- Family Room (Hab. N º 4 of 4 seats): Low season: 80€ / 93€ High season
- Double room of individual use: 45€ Low season / 58€ High season
- Cradle: 6€
Show restraint:
- Breakfast: 4,50 €/person
- Dinner: 12€ (previous reservation(reserve), until 12:00 of the same day). Every day there is served a different menu, (the first and second plate more dessert, not included drinks). There is no service of restaurant to the midday.
Other services:
- Spa & Sauna: 22€/hour (maximum 2 persons). The person who pays the amount will have the right of use in sole right of the place where the Spa is. The Spa-Jacuzzi needs a time for his(her,your) filling and treatment of the water, by what its use will have to be reserved by sufficient anticipation.
High season: August, Easter and national Holidays.
Middle season: from 15th to 31th of July and from 1st to 15th of of september.
Low season: Rest of the year.

In certain epochs the reservation(reserve) will be formalized by the payment of a sign *:
*( Art.8 - Decree 143/2002, of November 14, of Housings of Rural Tourism - BOPA On December 2) The holder of the establishment will be able to demand the clients who effect(carry out) reservation(reserve) of square(seat) an anticipation of the price, which will be understood to account(bill) of the resultant amount of the given services; the above mentioned sign will be able to reach at the maximum 50 % of the amount that results in reason of the squares(seats) and number of days by which the reservation(reserve) is effected(carried out).

Recommended activities you can do during your stay:
- Walking or bike ride along the path of Bear. From 21 kmts long, in its passage through Proaza may enjoy the OSAS Paca and Tola, the only specimen of Cantabrian brown bear that you can see in semicautividad.
- Hiking Trail by El Camino Real of the Bureau, in its day the most important channel of communication with the Plateau de Asturias.
- Visit the Collegiate Church of St. Peter, X-century Romanesque church, declared a Cultural, inside it there is a small museum where you can contemplate the mummified bodies of the first Marquis of Valdecarzana and his son who was Bishop of Teruel.
- Guided Visit to Cave Huerta, declared Natural Monument for its high ecological value.
